CANCELLED: Advanced FABBS ("AD-FABBS"): IN PERSON 11:15 AM - January

This  AD-FABBS class will focus on flexibility, agility, better balance and strength in this fun exercise class that uses chairs as needed and incorporates integrated movements and exercises drawn from Body Building, Yoga, Taijiquan, Ballet Stretch and Strength Training. This class is geared to exercisers with previous FABBS experience or who are looking for a faster-paced class than the original FABBS. Instructor: Hilary Celentano. Class meets in person at the Jenks Center on Monday and Wednesday.

Session starts Wednesday, January 6 and includes 8 classes. Cost: $48.00.  No class on January 1 & 15.
