The Jenks Shuttle

Transportation provided to all Monday, Wednesday, Friday morning programs. Door to door service within Winchester. Pick ups begin at 9 a.m. Last return trip leaves the Jenks at 12:15 p.m. Please schedule at least two business days in advance.

 

Volunteer Drivers

Travel anywhere in Winchester, or adjacent towns (for medical appointments only).

Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Please call two business days in advance to schedule. 

Ride requests for Monday and Tuesday must be received prior to 2 p.m. on Thursday of the previous week.

 

Medical Transport

Transportation provided by SCM Door to Door to medical appointments in the greater Boston area Monday through Friday. Wheelchair accessible.  Please call at least one week in advance to schedule.

 

Taxi Vouchers

In partnership with Woburn Checker Cab, taxi vouchers are available to Winchester seniors to purchase at a reduced rate of $5 each at the Jenks Center on Tuesdays, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. or by mail order.

 

Grocery Shopping Trips

Door to door shuttle service to Market Basket in Burlington every Thursday. Pick up starts at 9:30 a.m. Must be able to independently navigate the trip. Please call at least 48 hours in advance to schedule.
